EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- To begin the exchange or return process, please log in to your account or use the Exchanges/Returns Portal accessible through the link located at the BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
- You may request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
- We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined below.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- NO EXCEPTIONS: Please be aware that no exchanges or refunds will be permitted for items with cut, removed, or tampered original tags, or for items that have been altered, used, or exhibit any signs of wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to the presence of odors, pet fur, and dirt. We maintain a strict adherence to this policy and are unable to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
- Items returned with damages or signs of usage as described above will be sent back to the original shipper without any prior notification.
- Please be aware that a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% may be applied to items that require additional cleaning in order to restore them to their original condition.
- Should the item(s) be in new and original condition, you may request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, we must receive the original item(s) within 15 business days from the date the return authorization is issued.
DOMESTIC
- We cover the standard outbound shipping for the first exchange. Inbound shipping for exchanges or refunds, and all shipping costs for subsequent exchanges, are the customer's responsibility.
- A prepaid UPS inbound shipping label for exchanges or returns is available at an estimated cost of $13 per single item. Please be aware that this cost may vary depending on the number of items, package size, and your location.
- You may choose to utilize your own return label for an exchange. We recommend choosing UPS or FedEx, along with shipping insurance and tracking, to ensure secure delivery to our facility.
- We are not liable for lost packages if you decide to use your own shipping label and courier service for returns.
- Please note that packages shipped COD (Cash on Delivery) will be rejected.
- Please be aware that all exchanges and returns must be received at our Los Angeles fulfillment center, regardless of the original shipping origin.
- Please send the items in their original packaging if available. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the items during transit. Proper packaging precautions should be observed to avoid any potential damage to the products.
- Each returned item is subject to a detailed inspection upon receipt. Upon successful completion of the inspection process, we will expedite your exchange or refund request as soon as possible.
- If an exchange involves an item with a different cost, the customer will be billed or credited accordingly for the difference in price.
- In the event of a refund, it will be issued to the original form of payment, with any associated non-refundable fees and costs subtracted.
INTERNATIONAL
- We cover the standard outbound shipping for the first exchange. Inbound shipping for exchanges or refunds, and all shipping costs for subsequent exchanges, are the customer's responsibility.
- Prepaid inbound shipping labels for your exchanges or returns are not available for international orders.
- You may opt to use your own return label for exchanges or returns, utilizing Regular Post or your National Postal Service. We highly recommend opting for shipping insurance and including tracking information.
- Please note that packages shipped COD (Cash on Delivery) will be rejected.
- Please be aware that all exchanges and returns must be received at our Los Angeles fulfillment center, regardless of the original shipping origin.
- Please send the items in their original packaging if available. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the items during transit. Proper packaging precautions should be observed to avoid any potential damage to the products.
- Items must be designated as 'Returned Goods' on the accompanying documents, and marked with a minimal USD value.
- Each returned item is subject to a detailed inspection upon receipt. Upon successful completion of the inspection process, we will expedite your exchange or refund request as soon as possible.
- If an exchange involves an item with a different cost, the customer will be billed or credited accordingly for the difference in price.
- In the event of a refund, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment after subtracting associated non-refundable fees and costs, including import duty and VAT.
REFUNDS
- Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for original shipping fees or any associated domestic or international shipping costs. This includes any import duties or brokerage fees that may have been incurred.
- In instances where orders included promotional free shipping or involved exchanged items, the original and any additional shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund amount as applicable.
- In the event that we determine a restocking fee must be charged due to non-compliance with the return policy, we will notify you in advance of the specific amount, and this notified restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
FINAL SALE / CLOSE-OUT ITEMS
- Please be aware that items designated as Final Sale or Closeout are not eligible for a refund. However, they may qualify for store credit or an exchange. Such Final Sale or Closeout items will be clearly identified in the product descriptions.
