EXCHANGE & RETURNS

 

Returning products for either an exchange or refund must be requested within 10 days of receiving the order.

Item(s) must be returned in its original condition to be accepted for an exchange/refund. Gullinbursti® has the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described below to be restocked. Returned items without an online return/exchange request will be refused. Refused items will be sent back to the customer.

 

CONDITIONS & PROCEDURE

Items that show signs of usage: smells (perfumes, colognes, lotions, deodorants, etc.), pet fur, hair, dirt; or: being worn, used, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or refund (NO Exceptions).

If the original tags are cut, removed, or tampered with; item(s) will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Item(s) returned with Cut, Removed, or Tampered Tags will be returned to its original shipper (NO Exceptions).

Restocking fees up to 20% may apply if item(s) require additional cleaning to return the product back to its original condition.

If your item(s) is in its original / new / unused condition, including all tags and packaging, you can exchange your item(s) for a different model/size of your choice or refund within 10 days of receiving.

Please login to look up your order and start your returns/exchange process. Our customer support team will review and approve your request within 2-3 days.  Once approved you will be emailed a UPS return label via email.

When exchanging to an item with a different price, the price difference will be billed electronically or refunded accordingly.

Original items for exchanges or refunds must be received back to Gullinbursti® within 15 business days after the return approval. Items received after 15 business days of approval will be eligible for store credit only.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with getting your item(s) back to us. 

Prepaid UPS return label of $13 for a single item will be billed to you before approval. (Domestic Only, shipping rates for International and non-contiguous 48 states may vary)

If you are shipping multiple items, the return label cost will be recalculated accordingly. Special case return labels are available upon request.

Please note: For exchanges, the additional $13 (or recalculated amount) will be billed separately for this service, and once it is paid for, the label will be emailed to you.  For refunds, the $13 (or recalculated amount) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We will cover the standard shipping costs for the first exchange to get back to you. After the first exchange, additional shipping fees, will be the customers’ responsibility.

All returned items must be returned/shipped in their original package or in a sturdy shipping box. We will not be responsible for any damages that occur to the items during the return process.

Our system will notify you, via email, once your return has been inspected and the exchange/refund has been processed, including details of extra payments that may be due.

Original shipping fees and costs associated with domestic/international shipping, such as duties, taxes or brokerage fees, are non-refundable.

When refunding an order, orders with promotional free shipping or exchanged items, the original/additional shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount accordingly.

Refunds usually take 48~72 hours after the inspection process is completed.

Our system will notify you via email once your return has been inspected and the refund has been processed.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Items marked as Final Sale or Discounted cannot be returned for refund. These items will be subject to Store credit only or Exchange (On close-out items Only). Final Sale items will be visibly disclaimed in the Product Descriptions, mostly pertaining to Sale items.
