Warranty Policy



All products from Gullinburst® / uglyBROS® are covered by a limited warranty period of 30 days from the date of receipt against any defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that original proof of purchase is required for any warranty coverage request.


To initiate a warranty claim, kindly contact us at sales@gullinbursti.co and provide proof of purchase as well as photo(s) of the defective area(s).

  • Defects such as zippers, buttons, snaps, or undone stitching will be repaired at no charge to you, including shipping costs.
  • Products with surface or material defects will be replaced with new product(s).
  • Color discrepancies by batch or fading over time will not be considered as defects.
  • Discoloration of the aramid fiber product surface is not considered a defect.

Other defects will be evaluated once a claim is initiated, and an appropriate remedy will be provided accordingly.




Repairs for damages that occur after the initial 30-day period are subject to review. In most cases, we can offer repairs with waived labor costs, but shipping charges may still apply.

To request a repair, please contact us at sales@gullinbursti.co and provide proof of purchase along with photos of the damaged area(s). Please note that not all damages are repairable.

Upon initiation of a repair request, we will assess the damage(s) and if the factory service is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

Once the repair request is approved and the product(s) are received at our facility, they will be sent to our factory for professional servicing. However, please note that depending on the availability of the factory repair shop, there may be periodic delays in performing the repairs.

Please note that the repair service will take a minimum of 45 business days from the date we receive your product unless otherwise specified.

Please be advised that damaged products shipped to us without an email request are subject to review. If any product is deemed too severely damaged for repair and refurbishment, it will be returned to the original owner with notification or disposed of, pending the owner's confirmation.
